Chase Cover / Top Repair

Rust stains on the chimney from a deteriorated chase cover is an early sign of potential water damage to your chimney system, fireplace and the framework of your home.  We can remove the old rusty and sometime leaking top replacing with a new steel chase-top that will last for many years and prevent water damage and unsightly rust stains.

Flashing Repairs

The flashing is the strip of metal that joins the base of the chimney to the roofline.  The flashing prevents water from penetrating this joint and seeping into your house. A flashing seal is needed when sections of the flashing have lifted.  Our technicians can seal, repair or replace damaged flashing.  We can also build chimney crickets to divert water away from the chimney when no amount of flashing is sufficient enough to keep water from entering the point where the chimney and roofline meet.
